Assistant Director of Outdoor Adventure
The Adventure Center is the umbrella for a variety of programs and services through the Department of Recreational Services. Some of the highlights of the Adventure Center include Crooked River Adventures, adventure trips , instructional clinics, teambuilding programs, and the climbing wall. Crooked River Adventures, our canoe and kayak livery in downtown Kent, run throughout the summer and into the Fall semester until the end of September. Our adventure trips run during the Fall and Spring semesters and typically include experiences such as rock climbing, kayaking and backpacking. The rock wall is open year-round at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center and offers free try climbs on Fridays from 4 - 8 p.m. The Adventure Center also runs the Outdoor Rental Center, offering high-quality, low-cost equipment for all your camping needs.
If you need to contact the Climbing Wall for appointments, rentals,or questions please feel free to contact the Climbing Wall office by phone at 330-672-7625 or contact Chris Lukas, Assistant Director Outdoor Adventure at (330) 672-2803 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
